You’ve spent the time and energy developing a presentation design and now you need someone to test it and ensure everything is working smoothly. Let our team follow our proven 4-step process for reviewing your design to ensure it’s setup and working smoothly.
Configuration Review
We review to ensure your presentation is opening in the latest version of Microsoft PowerPoint, all language settings and proofing settings are accurately configured, and all headings and color palettes are setup correctly.
Design Review
Our team reviewed all text placeholders, image placeholders, and major design elements are properly set up, including headers, footers, and master slide layouts. We review all master templates at this time, including handouts and note master designs.
Testing
Let our team build an entire presentation within your template. We ensure all elements display properly, including content, graphics, photos, videos, audio, table,s text boxes, shapes, SmartArt, charts, icons, and 3D elements. Have peace of mind knowing your presentation template performs under all possible scenarios.
Compatibility Review
In this final phase, we review your presentation template to ensure it opens properly on Macs and PCs and that it displays properly when exported to Adobe Acrobat PDF.
How does this all work!?
Schedule a Call
During our initial call, we will discuss your design needs and how we might be able to help. We will request additional resources, such as logos and other collateral to better understand your brand and messaging.
We Design
Every design project includes two initial proofs for review and input. Once we are sure we’ve captured your overall design aesthetic, we get to work finalizing your project.
We Finalize It
Once your initial design proof is approved, we get into designing all the slides for your presentation one-by-one. Your new custom design is then delivered to you.
